At ENGWE Official, we want you to be completely satisfied with your e-bike purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your item in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Shipment

  Securely pack the e-bike in its original box with all accessories, manuals, and protective packaging to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our designated warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
