Do I need to assemble the e-bike myself?
Our e-bikes arrive approximately 85-90% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, pedals, handlebars, and saddle using the included tool kit and instruction manual.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs and restocking fees may apply depending on the reason for return.
Does my ENGWE e-bike come with a warranty?
Yes, every ENGWE e-bike is covered by a 1-year limited warranty that protects against manufacturing defects in the frame, motor, battery, and controller.
